Before and after
your order.
Contact [email protected] with your order number if you have one. Do not send card details.
Sydney delivery
The $169 USD price includes the complete framed set, tracked worldwide shipping, applicable taxes and import duties.
Production takes 3–5 business days after payment. Estimated delivery is within 14 days of your order. Arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Custom route requests
Custom routes are reviewed separately. We confirm the finished set, shipping, delivery estimate and payment with you. Submitting a request does not mean payment has been taken.
Details and cancellations
Check your preview, spelling, time, date and colours before payment. If something is wrong, contact us promptly. Changes after payment cannot be guaranteed.
We do not accept change-of-mind cancellations for personalised orders. This does not limit any statutory rights or remedies.
Damaged, incorrect or missing?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. If possible, keep the packaging and take photos of damage or incorrect details.
We will investigate and arrange the remedy required for your situation. Your rights for faulty, incorrect or undelivered goods are not excluded by our change-of-mind policy.
